Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using Becide. It applies to all users authorised by a client organisation. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

Use Becide for lawful business analysis over data you own or are authorised to access. Configure connectors only for systems you control or have contractual rights to use.

Share access only with colleagues authorised by your organisation administrator.

You must not use Becide to:

• Violate applicable law, including privacy, financial services, or export control regulations
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorised access to Becide or third-party systems
• Probe, scan, or test other tenants' data or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security controls except as permitted by law
• Harass, defraud, impersonate, or distribute unlawful or harmful content
• Use the Service to build a competing product through systematic extraction of outputs
• Send unsolicited communications or spam through platform features
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-verified fact in regulated contexts without review

Do not enter sensitive personal information (including health, biometric, or government identifiers) into AI features unless necessary, permitted, and covered by your privacy obligations.

Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or significant financial effect without qualified human review.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you upload or connect. Ensure retention and deletion practices in Becide align with your internal policies and applicable law.

We may monitor usage for security, abuse detection, and service integrity. We may suspend or terminate access without notice where necessary to protect the platform or other clients.

Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or regulators. We may preserve evidence as required by law.
